Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return the Item within 7 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you encounter a quality problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Once we confirm it’s a quality issue, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
